One of our favorite projects each year is creating our parade float for the Newberg Old Fashioned Festival. This year, we took our giant marble run to the next level by upgrading it to use full-size bowling balls and adding a robotic helper to keep everything rolling.
The project was a true team effort, bringing together employees from across the company to design, build, program, and assemble the float. It was a fun opportunity to showcase the creativity, problem-solving, and passion that drive us every day. Manufacturing is about more than making parts - it's about creating solutions.
This year we were honored to receive First Place Commercial Float! The recognition made all the hard work worthwhile and inspires us to keep improving. We already have ideas for making our marble run even bigger and better next year. (Pneumatic billiard ball runs, anyone?)
