At A.R.E. Manufacturing (ARE), giving back to our community is part of who we are. From blood drives to local festivals, we take pride in supporting causes that strengthen Newberg and its people, including our annual Diaper Drive for A Family Place.
Our Diaper Drive for A Family Place continues to grow each year. What started in 2022 with 3,691 diapers has become a friendly community challenge - culminating in nearly 14,000 diapers collected in 2025! This year, our drive includes a friendly competition between local businesses - ARE, Climax, and Life is Maid. Together, we’re helping local families get the support they need to thrive.
This year, we are hoping to collect 15,000 diapers for families in need!

The Diaper Drive competition runs from now through Friday, June 19th.
A Family Place is a non-profit relief nursery that helps stabilize families with children from birth to age 5 by providing specialized preschool classrooms, parent education, and home visitation, in addition to free emergency diapers and children's clothing. ARE’s Diaper Drive will help families who are unable to provide an adequate supply of fresh diapers for their children and will go a long way to ensuring these babies get a healthy start in life.
